1What facilities do you offer?
Facilities include complimentary flush toilets and hot showers, the onsite Pavilion Bar open lunchtime and evening, and food served for breakfast and evening meal. There’s a children’s playground on site, and wireless internet is available in the area of the main building
2Where will we be camping?
Tents and caravans are situated around the edge of the village playing fields. There are no formal plots marked out, however we ensure everybody has a reasonable amount of space and separation from their neighbours
Motorhomes are located only on hard standing on the car park of the SRA, adjacent to the Pavilion building. There are no electric hookups or water connections, although there are water filling points
3Are we able to park by our tent/caravan?
If weather conditions allow, your car will be allowed next to your tent, however we do ask guests to minimise vehicle movement throughout the weekend, and there’s an 11pm to 6am ban on vehicle movement. If you need to use your car during those hours, venue helpers will point out where to put your car
4What if the weather is bad?
If the weather is really bad, we’ll have to ban vehicles from the playing fields, and use alternative parking arrangements. In this event, onsite staff will help you to position your car as close as possible to the field to offload your camping equipment, luggage etc, however you will have to move your vehicle to the alternative car parking area as directed, on request. The playing fields are very well drained, so even in very wet conditions we don’t anticipate any major problems with only pedestrian use
5What’s your policy on noise?
There’s a curfew on car movements on the field between 11pm and 6am, with the main car park available within those hours, and all guests are asked to be quiet between 11pm and 7am so that everybody can get a good nights sleep.
6Are camp fires allowed?
No – under no circumstances
7Are barbecues allowed?
Yes, although we ask guests to ensure their barbecues are lifted off the ground far enough to ensure there’s no damage to the grass
8Are generators allowed?
Only small, heavily soundproofed “suitcase” type generators are allowed, between the hours of 8am and 10pm
9Are dogs welcome?
Yes, but we ask that pooches be restrained at all times, although reasonable tethered roaming room within your plot area, that doesn’t impinge on your neighbouring campers is fine. Owners of dogs found roaming free will be asked, once, politely to correct the situation.
10What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will receive a full refund if cancelled up to or including the 27th May 2016
Cancellations after this date, but up to or including 10th June 2016 for the F1 GP will receive a 50% refund
